Bookings and scheduling
Replace Calendly and Bookly with the built-in booking system.
Create a booking type
- Bookings → New booking type.
- Configure:
- Duration — 15, 30, 60 min, or custom
- Buffer — before and after
- Availability — weekly recurring hours
- Blackout dates — holidays, vacations
- Location — in-person address, phone, Zoom, Google Meet
- Price — free or paid (Stripe)
- Share the booking link
/book/<username>or embed the Booking form widget.
Calendar sync
Connect Google or Outlook under Settings → Integrations. Events are two-way synced — external busy times block your availability.
Confirmations & reminders
Automatic emails:
- Confirmation on booking
- Reminder 24 h before
- Reschedule / cancel link included
