The WordSafe CRM is a full contact + deal + document pipeline — replaces HubSpot Free, Jobber, and Housecall Pro for service businesses.

Contacts

Every form submission or manual entry creates a Contact. Fields:

  • Name, email, phone, address (Google Places)
  • Company
  • Tags
  • Custom fields
  • Timeline (every touchpoint — emails, calls, notes, docs)

Pipelines

CRM → Pipelines. Create as many as you need (Sales, Service, Onboarding). Each has stages (New, Qualified, Proposal, Won, Lost).

Drag a deal between stages on the Kanban view.

Estimates

CRM → Estimates → New estimate. Line items with quantity, unit price, tax, discount. Send by email — the recipient views + accepts in a hosted portal, no login required.

Accepted estimates convert to invoices in one click.

Invoices

Same builder as estimates, plus:

  • Due date + payment terms
  • Stripe checkout link
  • Auto-reminders (7, 3, 1 day before due; 1, 7, 14 days overdue)
  • PDF download

Templates

Save line-item bundles as templates — one click to build a $2 000 install estimate.

Time tracking

Log time against any contact or deal. Convert entries to line items on an invoice.

Payments

Collect via:

  • Stripe checkout link (in the invoice email)
  • Manual (mark paid, record method)
  • Card on file (with saved payment method)
