Client portal
A branded, tokenized portal where clients view estimates, invoices, and files.
Client portal
Every contact gets a passwordless portal at /portal/<token>. No signup required — the token is included in every email link.
What clients see
- Open estimates (view, accept, sign)
- Invoices (view, pay via Stripe)
- Shared files (contracts, photos, plans)
- Booking history
- Payment methods on file
- Support conversation
Branding
The portal inherits your site's global styles — logo, colors, fonts. Override under Settings → Portal → Branding.
Security
- Tokens are per-contact and single-use per session
- Expire after 30 days of inactivity (configurable)
- Rotate on demand
- All portal actions logged in the contact timeline
Custom domain
Serve the portal from portal.yourdomain.com — set the CNAME in Settings → Hosting.
