Client portal

A branded, tokenized portal where clients view estimates, invoices, and files.

Client portal

Every contact gets a passwordless portal at /portal/<token>. No signup required — the token is included in every email link.

What clients see

  • Open estimates (view, accept, sign)
  • Invoices (view, pay via Stripe)
  • Shared files (contracts, photos, plans)
  • Booking history
  • Payment methods on file
  • Support conversation

Branding

The portal inherits your site's global styles — logo, colors, fonts. Override under Settings → Portal → Branding.

Security

  • Tokens are per-contact and single-use per session
  • Expire after 30 days of inactivity (configurable)
  • Rotate on demand
  • All portal actions logged in the contact timeline

Custom domain

Serve the portal from portal.yourdomain.com — set the CNAME in Settings → Hosting.
