Contacts

Every person or company you deal with. Sources:

  • Form submissions (auto-created)
  • Manual entry
  • CSV import (CRM → Contacts → Import)
  • API — POST /api/v1/contacts

Every contact has a Timeline — every email, call, note, estimate, invoice, and payment in chronological order.

Tags and segments

Tag contacts freely (vip, hvac-summer-2026, winback). Segments are saved filters — reusable across email campaigns and automations.

Pipelines

A pipeline is a series of stages. Every deal moves left-to-right.

Create: CRM → Pipelines → New. Add stages, assign colors, set win probability per stage.

Kanban view: drag deals between stages. Every move is logged and can trigger automations.

Filters: view by owner, stage, tag, value, or age.

Ownership and assignment

Assign a deal to a user. Round-robin and load-balanced assignment rules configurable per source form.
